Enrollment is confirmed once you have contacted us via WhatsApp or our website, agreed on a Group Program or Private 1-to-1 Program and schedule, and completed registration. Some Group Programs, such as IELTS Regular and Intensive Track, require a placement assessment before enrolment. Course fees and schedules are as communicated to you at the time of enrollment.
Registration and placement test fees are non-refundable. Course fees are refundable provided you have not yet started the course. Once a course has begun, fees are non-refundable except at our discretion. Private 1-to-1 lessons are billed per session and are open-ended — you may stop or pause at any time.
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule a session. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to reschedule sessions at no additional cost.
Students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and other students. We reserve the right to end a course arrangement in cases of abusive or disruptive behavior.
A certificate of completion is issued upon successfully finishing a course, as described on our certificate page. Certificates confirm course completion and are not a guarantee of a specific proficiency outcome.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
