When you enroll in one of our Group Programs (General English, IELTS Preparation, Speaking & Fluency, Teacher Training) or a Private 1-to-1 Program, take our free English level assessment, or contact us via WhatsApp or email, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email address, and your responses on the level assessment. Our level assessment is administered through Google Forms, so your responses are also subject to Google's own privacy practices while you're completing it. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
We use your information to respond to enrollment inquiries, deliver level assessment results and course recommendations, communicate about your Group or Private program, and send occasional updates about SPEAKADEMI. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Messages you send us via WhatsApp or email are used to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about enrollment. Standard message and data rates from your provider may apply.
